Delivery Manager (Databricks & Spark) at BairesDev

Take on the role of Delivery Manager and lead data engineering teams toward predictable, high-impact outcomes. You will keep complex data initiatives on time and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data platform and analytics projects.
• Plan scope, timelines, and resources with clear milestones.
• Track risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate engineers, analysts, and stakeholders around shared priorities.
• Report progress and delivery metrics to leadership and clients.
• Promote agile practices and continuous improvement across teams.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in delivery or project management for technology teams.
• Experience leading big data initiatives built on Databricks.
• Working knowledge of Apache Spark workloads and data pipeline delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with Jira and agile delivery frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
