Ruby on Rails Tech Lead (Auth0) at BairesDev

What You'll Do
- Own the team's work end-to-end, escalating when needed and maintaining frequent communication with stakeholders.
- Pair with the internal Staff Engineer to design systems and write technical specifications.
- Build and maintain Ruby on Rails backend services with a security-first, API-first mindset.
- Implement and manage Auth0 integrations.
- Unblock the team and drive delivery at pace.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails.
- Experience writing technical specifications with a security-first mindset and API-first design.
- Hands-on experience with Auth0.
- Proven ability to lead teams while remaining a hands-on engineer.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- 100% remote work (from anywhere).
