As a Senior Software Engineer at BairesDev, you will architect and develop sophisticated software solutions using Python. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and create high-performance, scalable applications that solve complex business challenges across various domains.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement complex, scalable backend systems and microservices using Python.
• Lead technical design and architectural decisions for software solutions.

• Develop high-performance, efficient, and maintainable Python applications.
• Implement advanced data processing and backend solutions using Python frameworks.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience with Python software development.
• Strong expertise in Python ecosystem and advanced software architecture.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and backend technologies.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of software design patterns and system optimization.
