Staff Golang + Kubernetes Engineer at BairesDev

We are looking for a Staff Golang + Kubernetes Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive platform evolution and engineering excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and development of large-scale distributed systems using Golang and Kubernetes.
• Define technical standards and best practices for cloud-native application development.
• Design and implement platform infrastructure that enables scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor senior engineers and provide technical guidance across engineering teams.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technical strategies with business objectives.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience with Golang development and distributed systems.
• 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.
• Strong background in software architecture design and cloud-native patterns.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Deep understanding of system performance, reliability, and security best practices.
