Product Owner + Azure at BairesDev

We are seeking a Product Owner with Azure DevOps expertise to lead product development initiatives and manage agile delivery processes. You'll combine strong product management skills with hands-on Azure DevOps knowledge to drive successful product outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy while working closely with development teams in a collaborative agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities.
• Work with Azure DevOps to manage product backlogs, sprints, and releases.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define user stories.
• Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven skills in backlog prioritization and product roadmap planning.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
