Agile Delivery Lead

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Leader (ADL) to support global Workstation and VDI Engineering teams by driving delivery execution, operational efficiency, and digital employee experience initiatives. This role will partner with technical and business stakeholders to manage backlogs, coordinate cross-functional programs, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of strategic infrastructure and end-user computing initiatives within a Scaled Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery activities for Workstation and VDI engineering programs and initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs, sprint planning activities, and SAFe Program Increment (PI) planning.
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure and end-user computing projects.
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and digital employee experience initiatives.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams to align priorities and execution plans.
• Monitor delivery health using Agile metrics such as cycle time, throughput, work-in-progress (WIP), and flow efficiency.
• Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder communications, and escalation management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile, Lean, Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe practices.
• Support modernization initiatives, operational readiness, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on predictability, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Required Skills

• Strong Agile Delivery Lead, Program Delivery, or Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience supporting Workstation Engineering, End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Engineering, or VDI environments.
• Expert-level experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing large cross-functional technology programs in global enterprise environments.
• Strong backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint execution, and PI planning experience.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, vendor coordination, and delivery escalations.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience using delivery metrics to improve predictability, throughput, and operational performance.
• Experience supporting ITSM processes and operational service delivery.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, coaching, and team enablement skills.
• Experience balancing operational (KTLO) work with strategic program delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms, user experience metrics, and operational analytics.
• Experience with endpoint management, patching, software deployment, and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and infrastructure modernization programs.
• Experience coordinating globally distributed teams across regions and time zones.
• Experience translating architecture strategies into executable delivery plans.
• Experience with Aha!, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, and Planisware.
• Experience leading modernization initiatives involving both legacy and cloud-based technologies.
