Administrative & Customer Service Assistant | Remote

Sanches Pool Service, a pool maintenance and service company based in Winter Garden, Florida, is hiring a Remote Administrative & Customer Service Assistant to support our daily operations and customer relationships.

This is a fully remote position. We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers, coordinating service requests, and following up on estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and messaging with professionalism and courtesy.

• Create and track work orders through completion.

• Prepare and send estimates based on information provided by our technical team.

• Follow up on proposals, answer questions, and track customer approvals and deposits.

• Help schedule services and coordinate communication between customers and technicians.

• Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, and administrative information.

• Keep customers informed about scheduling, service progress, and outstanding items.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.

• Experience in customer service or administrative support.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Comfort using technology and learning new software.

• Sales support skills and confidence following up with customers.

• A positive, empathetic, and professional communication style, including in challenging situations.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and follow tasks through to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for a service-based business.

• Familiarity with Skimmer, CRM software, or scheduling tools.

• Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills.

• Pool industry experience is a plus, but is not required.

Work Location

Fully remote. Our company is based in Winter Garden, Florida, and serves the greater Orlando area.
