About us
Keeta is a global technology company on a mission to help people eat better and live better. As part of one of the world's leading technology groups, we operate food delivery and marketplace platforms that connect millions of customers, merchants, and riders every day. We are building the future of food delivery — combining cutting-edge technology, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to customer experience.
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and development of products, consolidation, and efficiency offerings applied to Safety operations.
We are not looking for just a backlog manager. The position requires the ability to work end-to-end: understand complex operational pain points, leverage data to validate hypotheses, prioritize opportunities, and steer technology teams in delivering scalable, sustainable, and high-impact solutions.
Expected Profile
A professional with strong product vision, technical depth, and a proven ability to transform operational needs into structured, scalable products.
You must demonstrate the ability to lead without direct authority, effectively aligning teams with conflicting priorities and leveraging expertise from different functional areas to reach consensus, establish clear guidelines, and drive operational goals forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product roadmap for consolidation, convenience, and operational efficiency—developing business requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and managing milestones from conception to launch.
- Scalable Product Development: Design and manage products and tools that not only address current scenarios but are built on solid architecture and a sustainable growth logic.
- Discovery & Opportunity Mapping: Conduct structured discovery across operational journeys (tickets, incidents, quality, productivity, reopen rates, contacts, and risks) to identify bottlenecks and design integrated solutions.
- Success Metrics: Define and track clear product and operational impact KPIs and OKRs (such as resolution rates, productivity, handle time reduction, and process efficiency).
- Cross-functional Alignment: Act as a strategic bridge between Operations, Data Engineering, Engineering, and Leadership, ensuring alignment and engagement around priority deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Product Seniority: Proven experience as a Product Manager working on digital products, internal operational platforms, or data-driven products.
- Leadership Without Direct Authority: Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority, managing conflicting priorities, unifying visions, and aligning multidisciplinary teams with competing priorities toward a shared goal.
- Managing Ambiguity & Complexity: Proven track record in prioritizing opportunities and defining requirements in ambiguous environments with multiple data sources and complex business rules.
- Strategic Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity for diverse audiences (from engineering to executive leadership).
Preferred Qualifications
- Building Products with AI: Practical experience in designing, building, or integrating products and tools powered by Artificial Intelligence.
- Prior experience in Safety, Trust & Safety, Risk, Marketplace, Logistics, Delivery, or Customer Support/Operations.
- Track record of transforming ad-hoc automations, scripts, and reports into scalable internal products and operational platforms.
- Knowledge of data quality metrics, operational monitoring, and alerting systems.
What We Offer
- International and collaborative work environment.
- High ownership and autonomy.
- Opportunity to work on complex business challenges at scale.
