Manager Strategy Operations

Responsibilities:

1. Provide day-to-day operational support to merchants in the São Paulo region, increasing merchant activity and platform stickiness.
2. Develop and execute localized operations strategies to drive merchant growth and achieve performance targets.
3. Analyze merchant data and performance, identify issues, and provide optimization recommendations to improve overall operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive cross-functional projects to completion and integrate resources.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with relevant of experience in business operations or sales operations management.
2. Familiarity with the local market environment, with strong data analysis skills and business acumen.
3. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills; able to independently drive complex projects.
4. Proficient in English and able to work effectively in a bilingual environment.
