About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – API & Integration to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using IBM API Connect (APIC) and AWS.

The professional will act as a technical reference for globally distributed teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and highly available integration platforms in complex financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale enterprise integration solutions.
• Define architectural standards and best practices for APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
• Design and support solutions using IBM API Connect, IBM SaaS, and AWS.
• Lead integrations between business-critical systems, ensuring scalability, performance, availability, and security.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and support cloud architecture decisions.
• Mentor developers and engineers, providing technical guidance to globally distributed teams.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and support high-availability, mission-critical environments.
• Contribute to API Governance, integration lifecycle management, and technology modernization initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English for communication with international stakeholders and global teams.
• Strong professional experience in technical leadership and enterprise integration projects.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of IBM API Connect (APIC).
• Experience with IBM SaaS solutions and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Solid understanding of Cloud Architecture, Distributed Systems, and Messaging Solutions.
• Experience in Financial Services environments.
• Proven ability to lead globally distributed teams and work in complex, mission-critical enterprise environments.

• Previous experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Markets.
• Experience working with global consulting companies or digital transformation programs.
• Advanced knowledge of API Governance and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience designing high-availability solutions.

• IBM API Connect or IBM Integration certifications.
• AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
