About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Manager to lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Microsoft Azure environments.

The professional will focus on Azure Landing Zones, Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud security, automation, and operational excellence, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise Azure Landing Zone architectures.
• Develop, review, and optimize Terraform configurations, reusable modules, and Infrastructure as Code standards.
• Establish cloud governance policies, security controls, access models, and infrastructure best practices.
• Support Azure infrastructure deployment, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve cloud reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Support cloud security, compliance, IAM, networking, and governance activities.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture decisions and complex infrastructure challenges.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, DevOps, Application, and Business teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, or related areas.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and Azure Landing Zones.
• Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and governing enterprise-scale Azure environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform automation, deployment, configuration, and reusable modules.
• Solid understanding of Azure Networking, Security, IAM, Azure Policy, ARM, Management Groups, Subscriptions, RBAC, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure Monitor.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Strong technical leadership, architecture decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced or fluent English for communication with US-based stakeholders.

• Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
• Previous experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.
