We are looking for Enterprise Architect, who wants to learn and transform their career.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience architecting and governing large-scale enterprise solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), spanning Cloud Foundations, Data & Analytics, Application Modernization, or AI/ML.

- Proven track record in Professional Services, Enterprise Architecture, or Senior Technical Consulting, translating complex commercial and business requirements into executable technical blueprints.

- Hands-on architectural proficiency across core GCP services: Compute & Serverless (GKE, Cloud Run), Data (BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Composer, Dataform), Networking & Security (VPC-SC, IAM, Secret Manager, Hybrid Connectivity), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- Code and Repository Literacy: Ability to read and evaluate production code, architecture patterns, and test suites in Python (or Java/Go) to conduct design/code reviews and validate business rules.

- Advanced English to lead executive and technical discussions with Brazilian enterprise customers, delivery partners, and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Enterprise GenAI & Conversational AI Architecture: Experience with Vertex AI, Vertex AI Search, GECX (Customer Engagement Suite / Agent Studio), multi-agent orchestration, and designing cross-validation gates for AI-generated code or data pipelines.

- Complex Multi-Cloud & Data Migrations: Experience leading architecture for large-scale migrations to GCP (e.g., Azure/Databricks, AWS, or legacy Data Center exits), including dependency mapping (graph/topological wave planning) and rigorous data/scope reconciliation.

- Regulated Industry Experience: Deep familiarity with Brazilian Financial Services (Bacen, Closed Network architectures, fraud/credit journeys) or Telecommunications high-volume voice/text channels, SIP/telephony integration, regulatory compliance).

- Recovery & Escalation Leadership: Demonstrated ability to operate with influence rather than formal mandate in high-pressure, multi-party environments ("War Rooms"), aligning teams, customer executives, and external Systems Integrators using data-backed evidence.

- Certifications: Google Cloud Certified — Professional Cloud Architect (strongly

preferred).
