We're looking for an exceptional technical co-founder to help build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise software.

BiaesIQ is building a Multiplayer AI Executive Intelligence Operating System, pioneering a new approach to AI-Powered Consulting as Software.

Our platform brings business leaders, teams, and specialized AI agents together to transform how companies strategize, make decisions, manage operations, and create enterprise value.

We're beyond the idea stage. We already have a functional product, a defined technology stack, and a clear product vision.

Now, we're looking for a hands-on CTO & Co-Founder who wants to take ownership of our technology and help turn an ambitious product into a globally scalable company.

🎯 Your mission

• Lead engineering, technical architecture, and product scalability.

• Advance our multi-agent AI architecture, orchestration, and autonomous workflows.

• Build secure, reliable, production-grade infrastructure.

• Drive technical innovation across AI, enterprise software, and integrations.

• Establish engineering standards and build our future technical team.

• Partner directly with the Founder & CEO on technology strategy, product development, and company building.
