JDE Solution Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced JD Edwards (JDE) Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions.

This role requires a strong combination of JDE expertise, enterprise solution architecture, ERP transformation, integration experience, and stakeholder management. You will collaborate with business and technology teams across Brazil, LATAM, and global organizations to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solution architecture aligned with business requirements.
• Lead ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and optimization initiatives.
• Translate complex business processes and requirements into scalable JDE solutions.
• Design integrations between JDE and platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Fusion, CRM, WMS, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to development, support, and project teams.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution governance, and design workshops.
• Support data migration, system conversion, and deployment activities.
• Drive process standardization across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
• Mentor functional consultants, developers, and analysts.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Strong expertise across JDE modules, architecture, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of JDE CNC and EnterpriseOne architecture.
• Experience with Orchestrator, AIS Server, BSSV, and Real-Time Events.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle Database, and performance optimization.
• Experience with ERP transformation, upgrades, migrations, and/or global rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in global and cross-functional environments.
• Portuguese and English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Oracle JD Edwards certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, OCI, or Power BI.
• Experience with RPA, AI-enabled ERP automation, or analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting LATAM or multi-country deployments.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Industrial Products, or Logistics.
• Spanish proficiency.
