In this role, you will connect business priorities with technology delivery. You’ll work alongside product, data engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, and governance teams to turn business needs into scalable data capabilities. - Bring partners together to clarify decisions, ownership, dependencies, and implementation plans.
- Prepare the documentation and governance inputs needed for design reviews, compliance activities, and release readiness.
- Evaluate potential solutions and help teams balance immediate business needs with scalability, interoperability, and reuse.
- Support analysts and product team members through coaching, feedback, and clear direction.
- Monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and refine the product roadmap as business needs evolve.

- A minimum of seven years of experience in digital product management, enterprise data, systems integration, data governance, or technology-enabled business delivery.
- Experience working with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, governance, or platform teams in a matrixed organization.
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, data flows, integration requirements, or related delivery artifacts.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both business and technology audiences.
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions, navigate ambiguity, and influence decisions without relying on direct authority.
- Experience with modern data platforms, metadata management, data quality, APIs, data governance, or secure data-access patterns.
- Experience working in healthcare Supply Chain, life sciences, medical technology, or another regulated environment.
- Experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and product roadmaps.
