Project Manager – SAP Transformation & Access Segregation

Duration: 06+ Months (Long-Term Contract- Extension Possibility)

Program Timeline: Through March 2028

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities to support a strategic, enterprise-wide SAP transformation program. This role involves coordinating cross-functional business and technology teams, driving program governance, and ensuring effective execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, milestones, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Manage program governance, executive reporting, project metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as Scrum Master for designated teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Develop and maintain project plans and Agile delivery artifacts using Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation plans.
• Track budgets, resource capacity, deliverables, and overall project performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and governance practices.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex enterprise projects or programs in large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience working as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing integrated project plans, cross-functional dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP transformation, implementation, migration, or optimization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience managing vendor, contractor, and consulting resources.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
• Exposure to enterprise functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Source-to-Pay, Master Data Management, HRIS, Payroll, SAP Security, or Compliance.
