Role Description The Senior Vice President is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing key business units, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals. This role leads cross-functional teams, establishes performance targets, and monitors progress against financial, operational, and customer-focused objectives. The Senior Vice President collaborates with executive leadership on corporate strategy, budgeting, risk management, and major initiatives, while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and results. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior managers, making data-informed decisions, representing the organization to external stakeholders, and driving transformation projects and process improvements. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in senior executive or senior leadership roles, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and financial performance.
• Proven ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive organizational change and growth.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, including board and client-facing interactions.
• Background in process improvement, organizational development, and implementing scalable systems and structures.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership, ethical decision-making, and maintaining a non-discriminatory work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
