This role is for someone who is precise by nature: you check before assuming, notice when a date or a number does not match, and close every task on time. We welcome final-year university students and recent graduates who want to build a career in operations and client service.

THE ROLE

Working with our Case Managers, leadership, service team, and collections team, you will keep client matters accurate, current, and moving. Most of the work happens behind the scenes, in records, documents, and deadlines. When you find a problem, you clarify it, propose the next step, and follow through until it is resolved. No immigration experience is needed: we will train you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate client records, trackers, and reports, and audit them regularly for missing or inconsistent information.
• Cross-check documents and dates against the case record before anything is sent.
• Monitor deadlines and deliverables across multiple matters, and flag stalled work early.
• Schedule client meetings and confirm that the required people and documents are ready.
• Keep clients informed in clear, professional writing, separating confirmed facts from items still under review, and escalate legal questions.
• Coordinate with the service and collections teams, and track every open item until it is closed.
• Suggest workflow improvements as the firm grows.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional fluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin preferred).
• Final-year university student or recent graduate in economics, business administration, international relations, or a related field, available to work full time.
• Evidence of accuracy in detail-intensive work, from internships, academic projects, student organizations, or part-time jobs.
• Clear, concise professional writing.
• Ability to manage several deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
