We’re recruiting a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist on behalf of a growing international technology business. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, personable and highly organised individual to play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Working closely with the COO and Product Owner, you’ll guide new clients through onboarding, help existing customers get the most from the platform and contribute to improving the processes that support the business as it grows.

The Opportunity

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer success, client onboarding, product support and business operations. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported, confident and equipped to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Success: Build strong client relationships, respond to enquiries, conduct regular check-ins and ensure actions are followed through.
• Onboarding & Training: Coordinate the client journey from initial handover through to their first successful auction, providing training and practical product guidance.
• Client Engagement: Monitor customer activity, gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and engagement.
• CRM & Coordination: Maintain accurate records, track onboarding milestones and manage follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Operational Support: Assist with meeting coordination, documentation and cross-functional projects.
• AI & Process Improvement: Use AI tools and digital technology to streamline workflows, improve productivity and deliver a better service.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a natural relationship-builder who combines excellent communication skills with a methodical, solutions-focused approach. You take ownership, enjoy working independently and make sure the details never get overlooked.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in customer service, customer success, client onboarding, account coordination or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail.
• Confidence learning new software and explaining functionality to non-technical users.
• Practical experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to improve productivity and workflows.
• Good digital skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM systems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while working collaboratively within a remote team.

Experience with B2B SaaS, HubSpot, Notion, client training or business operations would be advantageous. Previous auction industry experience is not required, as training will be provided.
