What will you do?

• Define, own, and supervise the product backlog, user stories, and project roadmap, ensuring alignment with the product vision.

• Translate product features into well-defined requirements, collaborating with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to set release schedules and scope.

• Ensure the team's delivery against agreed plans, managing impediments and advocating for Agile principles and continuous improvement.

• Leverage your technical background in software engineering to prioritize development and QA tickets based on business and customer needs.

• Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, providing tailored reports on team progress and deliverables.

• Plan and execute the end-to-end product development lifecycle for technical products.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right

mindset:

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Product Owner, supporting Agile development teams.

• Previous or current experience with Delivery responsibilities (mandatory).

• Strong technical background in software engineering, with practical experience in C++ and Unity, ideally within the gaming industry (highly valued).

• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams, managing backlogs, roadmap planning, and ensuring effective delivery.

• Ability to analyze product use cases and requirements across the entire SDLC, comfortably participating in technical discussions and influencing from a business perspective.

• Experience working with international, remote teams across multiple locations.

• Advanced English proficiency (B2.2/C1) for effective communication within a global team. The ability to actively participate in technical discussions in English is essential.

• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;

• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
