Position Overview

The Vice President of Business Operations is responsible for the company's overall business operations strategy, operational organizational structure, business management, and strategic execution. The role encompasses the development of business operation systems, operational management, cross-functional collaboration, business process optimization, organizational efficiency enhancement, performance management, and global business operations support.

The Vice President of Business Operations must ensure the efficient functioning of all business operation functions, continuously optimize core operational processes and resource allocation, enhance organizational efficiency, business execution capabilities, and operational performance, and strengthen the company's overall operational competitiveness in the global jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Operations Strategy and Management

Formulate and implement the company's medium- to long-term business operations strategy and operational development plans;

Establish and continuously optimize the company-wide business operations management system;

Translate corporate strategic goals into concrete operational plans and execution initiatives;

Optimize the business organizational structure, operating models, and management processes;

Ensure that all business operation functions operate in a standardized, efficient, and productive manner.

2. Business Operations and Organizational Management

Formulate the company's overall business operations plan and drive the execution of core business and operational objectives;

Coordinate and manage operational relationships across various business functions;

Optimize business processes, workflows, and resource allocation;

Analyze business trends, operational needs, organizational capabilities, and business opportunities;

Continuously enhance organizational efficiency, business execution capabilities, and overall operational performance.

3. Team and Business Process Management

Establish and refine the business operations team management system and talent development plans;

Lead the recruitment, management, training, and performance development of the business operations team;

Build efficient business processes and cross-departmental operational management systems;

Optimize working relationships among business departments, operations teams, and external partners;

Establish effective operational incentive and performance management systems;

Lead the business operations team in executing the company's operational strategy and key business initiatives. 4. Business Performance and Operational Management

Establish business operational goals, performance metrics, and operational performance management systems;

Formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly business operational targets;

Analyze business data, operational data, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

Optimize business portfolios, operational structures, and regional resource allocation; enhance business execution efficiency, operational efficiency, customer service capabilities, and profitability;

Drive continuous growth in overall business efficiency, operational performance, and profitability.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration and Business Support

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, Finance, and other departments;

Establish efficient cross-functional collaboration processes for business operations;

Ensure business operational goals align with the company's overall business strategy;

Work with internal teams to continuously optimize products, supply chain capabilities, operational processes, and customer service based on business needs;

Drive the successful implementation of key business activities, strategic projects, and major operational initiatives;

Provide operational leadership and support for new market entry, product launches, and international business expansion.

6. Risk and Compliance Management

Identify potential risks in business operations, organizational management, and commercial partnerships;

Establish mechanisms for monitoring, early warning, and emergency management regarding operational risks;

Ensure business operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;

Strengthen business management, contract management, and internal operational controls;

Standardize business processes and cross-departmental operational procedures;

Ensure sustainable, stable, and compliant growth for the company's business operations. Qualifications

18–20 years of experience in business operations, operations management, business management, organizational management, or related fields;

Over 8 years of experience in senior management roles at the Director level or above;

Experience leading business operations within large enterprises or multinational corporations;

Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred;

Experience in international business operations, global organizational management, or cross-border business management preferred;

Proven experience in business management, operations management, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial partnerships;

Exceptional capabilities in strategic planning for business operations, organizational management, process optimization, team leadership, and execution;

Outstanding analytical skills, business acumen, and decision-making abilities regarding business management and operations;

Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
