Who We Are Seeking
DevGrid has partnered with an India based technology consulting firm to set up a delivery center in Brazil for a global multinational client. You will support a global leader in agriculture and construction equipment as they expand their technology operations in Brazil. We are looking for a Program Manager and Business Analyst to work closely with our client’s Indian based GCC and work towards scaling their clients operations in Brazil. You will be the primary point of contact in Brazil, connecting local business and technology demand with the India GCC and global leadership. The role combines programme ownership, hands-on business analysis and location leadership: you will shape the Brazil strategy, turn opportunities into executable initiatives, govern delivery and grow the local portfolio and team capability over time.
Deliverables
- Lead the setting up and expansion of a Brazil based tech delivery hub for LATAM for a global manufacturing company with an existing hub in India
- A trusted single point of contact for technology demand, delivery, vendors, escalations and leadership communication.
- A qualified opportunity pipeline that turns local needs into approved initiatives or services, and expands the portfolio and team capability through structured transitions, new scope and sustainable ownership.
- Programmes delivered with control over outcomes, scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality and adoption, supported by hands-on business analysis and a repeatable operating rhythm across Brazil and India.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Engage Brazilian business stakeholders to uncover needs, evaluate feasibility, and build robust business cases for strategic initiatives.
- Drive demand intake, prioritization, governance, and executive status reporting between Brazil stakeholders and the India GCC.
- Translate requirements into actionable charters, user stories, functional specs, and integrated delivery plans (including budget, RAID, and change control).
- Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, data, cloud, security, QA) through launch, transition, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Oversee infrastructure/process documentation, cloud security compliance, and long-term portfolio growth and capacity management.
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or MBA from a top-tier university.
- Building or expanding a GCC, captive centre, nearshore hub, regional delivery location or portfolio.
- Manufacturing, agriculture, automotive, industrial or another asset-intensive domain.
- Java, .NET, React or Angular portfolios, modernisation or digital product delivery in custom applications.
- Exposure to cloud, DevSecOps, API, integration, data and cybersecurity governance.
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PBA, CBAP or Agile certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams.
