Sobre a vaga

Front-End Engineer (Next.js / TypeScript)

Triad Vacation Rentals · Brazil (Remote) · Full-time

Triad is one of the fastest-growing short-term rental managers in the world (400+ properties, 40+ states). We also run Triad AI Systems (https://triadaisystems.com/), a growth solutions division helping companies (retailers, publications, creative agencies, property managers, and more) scale through custom software and automation. Our tech team is 5 people, fully remote.

Salary: $3,500–3,850 USD/month (~$18,000–20,000 BRL)

The Job

You'll build and ship websites and web apps for Triad and for Triad AI Systems clients: retailers, publications, creative agencies, property managers, and more. One week it might be a brand site for a retailer, the next a direct-booking site for a hospitality client or an interface for one of our internal tools. Most of the work is in Next.js and Webflow, and you'll work with our back-end team to connect sites to client data and systems. You'll ship real features to real clients in your first weeks.

What You'll Do

  • Turn Figma designs into fast, responsive, accessible sites in Next.js (on Vercel) and Webflow
  • Build marketing sites, landing pages, e-commerce and content sites, and booking experiences that stay fast and work well on mobile
  • Work across many clients and industries, often more than one project at a time
  • Build reusable components and site templates so each new client launch is faster than the last
  • Build the interfaces for internal tools our operations team uses
  • Set up analytics, tag management, forms, and technical SEO on the sites you build
  • Own your work through launch and after: testing, deploying, monitoring, and fixing what breaks, and help shape how the team tests and releases front-end work
  • Turn loosely defined requests into clear scope with product and design, and explain your technical choices to non-engineers

What We Need

  • Excellent written and spoken English for daily work with US-based teammates and clients
  • Production experience with TypeScript and Next.js
  • Experience building or maintaining sites in Webflow (CMS, interactions, custom code)
  • Figma-to-code skills: shipped features that match the design across devices
  • Front-end depth: responsive layouts, accessibility, and performance (Core Web Vitals, image and load-time optimization)
  • Comfortable consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and writing light server-side code in Next.js (route handlers, server components)
  • Shipping discipline: testing, deployments, and debugging production issues
  • A portfolio of deployed work you personally built

Nice to Have

  • Agency or multi-client experience
  • Hospitality, short-term rental, or booking-engine experience
  • GoHighLevel or a similar CRM
  • Cloudflare

Tech We Use

TypeScript, Next.js, React, Vercel, Webflow, Figma, REST/GraphQL APIs, Cloudflare
