About The Opportunity

Develop scalable, secure enterprise applications while collaborating with global teams. You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, combining strong Java engineering with systems integration and the use of AI to improve development practices.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Java applications.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Apply software engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Build microservices and integrate systems using web services.
• Work with relational databases and SQL queries.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical support to less experienced developers.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure application performance, reliability, and quality.
• Participate throughout the SDLC, from analysis to deployment.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to accelerate and improve development practices.
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level for international communication.
• Extensive Java development experience and a strong background in enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL, plus solid SQL skills.
• Experience or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and/or integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to work in global environments.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Financial services experience, particularly Wealth & Asset Management.
• Familiarity with GenAI and prompt engineering.
• Certifications in Java or related technologies.
