The Product

You'll be working, as part of a small and fast-moving team, on Vyro, a worldwide Beast Industries platform connecting creators and brands. It's a product where correctness, trust, and speed all matter at once, and where a single creator moment can drive a surge of activity through every layer of the stack. That means:

• Features that must stay correct and consistent under bursty, launch-driven load, especially where the stakes are high.
• A client experience that feels seamless for two very different audiences across devices and network conditions.
• Code that lives in production and gets stress-tested every time a creator moment drives a wave of new users.
  
  
  

What You'll Do

• Build and ship product features across the full stack using AI coding tools, contributing to a velocity that redefines what a small engineering team can deliver.
• Take ownership of your features end to end, from development through deployment, using AI-facilitated QA processes and tooling to maintain high engineering quality.
• Write clean, reliable, and performant code with a strong sense of accountability for what you ship in production, particularly where payments, verification, and content decisions are on the line.
• Collaborate closely with your teammates, contributing to a culture of high standards, fast iteration, and continuous learning.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• AI-Native: You're already burning through tokens and using AI coding agents daily to move faster.
• Full Stack Engineer: 5+ years of hands-on experience building consumer-facing products across frontend and backend, with comfort moving between client and server as the product demands.
• Ownership Mindset: You take pride in what you ship, follow through on production issues, and don't consider a feature done until it's running reliably in the hands of users.
  
  
  

Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in TypeScript across the stack: Node.js (NestJS or equivalent) on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend, with solid grounding in event-driven architecture. Our stack includes Next.js, Python, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, and AWS (EKS, ArgoCD) with canary deployments, and a Grafana + Sentry monitoring stack for observability. Bonus points for experience with payments and payout flows, ML-assisted moderation or fraud detection, media/content pipelines, or prior work at a consumer-scale company.
