Business Marketing Manager, AI Ecosystem Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the AI developer marketing strategy for your region to deliver on Meta's goal of having the most widely adopted AI models and products in the world
- Own the localized go-to-market plan: translate global launches and product-sourced narratives into regionally resonant activation that addresses developer jobs-to-be-done in your markets
- Turn technical messaging, assets, and documentation into developer-ready content — blogs, videos, tutorials, demos, events, and solution guides — tailored to local audiences
- Drive the hybrid GTM motion across developers, partners, and enterprise: equip ecosystem partners, cloud providers, and enterprise engineering teams with the technical narrative and assets they need
- Plan and execute developer-first programs: hackathons, workshops, technical conference presence, community engagement, and digital campaigns
- Work directly with developers, partners, and customers to pressure-test messaging, gather feedback, and channel technical requirements back to product and engineering
- Use adoption data, developer funnel signals, and community sentiment to guide decisions and measure performance
- establish clear operating rhythms and provide regular business and scorecard updates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, product and engineering, developer relations, partnerships, digital marketing, events, communications, legal, and privacy
- Manage external vendors and agencies as needed to scale content and program production
- 10+ years of professional experience in technology, developer/platform marketing, or B2B technology marketing
- Experience marketing technical products to a developer, ML engineering, or data science audience — including a demonstrated understanding of the developer/ML persona (workflows, tooling, evaluation criteria, pain points) and the ability to build technically credible positioning and messaging
- Working knowledge of how developers build with AI — how they evaluate models, integrate them into their stack, and deploy — across the build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy lifecycle
- Experience developing technical content: tutorials, technical blog posts, videos, demos, benchmark or architecture explainers
- Experience operating across hybrid audiences: individual developers and communities, ecosystem/platform partners, and enterprise engineering organizations
- Marketing experience launching and driving adoption of new technical products in the GenAI space
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, developer relations, research, analytics, and digital marketing
- Experience using data to measure adoption and sentiment and optimize outcomes within a measurable framework
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing, business, analytics, or a related discipline
- AI-native across the marketing workflow: uses AI tools as default practice for planning, operations, research, campaign production and reporting
- Fluent English
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience engaging maintainer and contributor communities
- Experience with developer-led or product-led growth, and measuring developer funnel signals (downloads, API calls, repository activity, retention)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

- Experience with the regional developer ecosystem (LATAM/APAC/EMEA), including startups, enterprises, and government agencies.Professional fluency in the relevant local language(s) (e.g., Portuguese and/or Spanish for LATAM)
- Active member of the AI Ecosystem and developer community, with contributions, technical writing, or conference speaking
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
