<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Review, draft, negotiate and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDA), initial clinical trial agreements (CTA), amendments to the clinical trial agreements (CTA-A), site budgets and other various types of documents.
